What Comes in the Refiner’s Return Pak

No one likes surprises, so Cash4Gold wants you to know exactly what you’ll be getting in your Refiner’s Return Pak.

Here’s the envelope you’ll be getting in the mail from Cash4Gold. It should arrive at your home within about three or four days after putting in the request for the FREE Refiner’s Pak, depending on the speed of mail.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A special welcome letter from our CEO Jeff Aronson
• An informational brochure explaining our process: the 3 easy steps, payment methods and a description of gold contents
• A durable, sealed plastic bag for your gold items
• A pre-paid, secure envelope for return insured up to $100 at no cost (You should take out additional insurance if you feel your items are worth more, and you can always use UPS or the shipping agent of your choice)

This is one side of the Cash4Gold informational brochure. The main things here are a reiteration of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, selecting a payment method, and a quick explanation of what to do next.

If you want to use the Cash4Today payment method, this is where you indicate it. In order to accept Cash4Today, you must provide a voided check as well as sign above the line that reads, “By using the Cash4Today method, you agree that you waive the 12 day return policy.”

This is the other side of the Cash4Gold informational brochure. This is the most important section for you, it is the Description of Contents. Here, you should list out everything that you are shipping so that when Cash4Gold receives your Pak we can confirm that everything was received.

You can also choose to have your payment sent to an address other than the one your envelope was sent or enter a promo code (if you have one) here.

This is the pouch that you’ll be putting all your jewelry in. It’s a thick plastic baggy which is strong enough to securely hold anything that you’ll send.

And just in case you aren’t sure what to do, the instructions on our 3 easy steps are clearly written on the bag.

Finally, this is the secure envelope that you’ll put the jewelry pouch and Cash4Gold insert into. Notice that there is no mention of Cash4Gold or words that there are “valuables” contained inside. It’s a generic envelope. This is important when keeping your items safe in transit.

Also note the “Tracking #” at the top. You can track your Pak online during the process.

Finally, note that the envelope’s postage has been pre-paid. At no cost to you!
