Track your Pak!

Once we receive your refiners return pak at our state of the art facility we can provide you with an updated status on your package.

1. Find your customer number on the pre-paid return envelope that arrived in your pak. Where is my Tracking Number?
2. Enter your customer tracking number into the “Track Your Pak!” below.

Please consider that it can take three to five business days from the day you mail your pak at the USPS to the day we receive your pak at our facility.
